Excellent drive through experience. Food was ready and hot. Bathroom was clean but the soap dispenser sensor was not working well. And the secondary soap dispenser in the hallway was empty. If handwashing wasn't questionable I would give 4 stars. Staff was helpful and friendly. Decor was swanky. Nice outdoor sitting area.

Thank God Something Told Me To Stop Eating And Check My Food! Literally Found Worms (MORE THAN JUST THE ONE IN THE PIC) In My Chili From Wendys On Whalley Ave In New Haven 😡😡 And The Best They Could Do For Us Was Offer Us A Baconator Fry?? And Don’t Even Get Me Started With The Attitudes That Literally Every Employee Has! Definitely Writing Corporate!!!

Do yourself the favor and drive to a different location .. waited 20min in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, took employees a good 5min to even acknowledge you through the speaker. Was finally handed my food and no drink, waited another 5min for a soda that was just straight seltzer water with 3 ice cubes. Never again bothering with this location.

This Wendy’s is absolute TRASH the workers are complete jokes and could care less about their job. The customer service is horrible. They never have any change so please be aware and go with EXACT change. Not to mention if you order inside you have to wait 3 years just for someone to come to the register and cash you out. God forbid if you ask someone to cash you out, they will either look at you like you have 3 heads on your shoulders or curse you out. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I have to remember not to come back here just because it's close by. If I have to grab fast food, Wendy's is my fave, but the quality of food at this location is continually disappointing. The last time I ordered I chose a new offering because of having fried pickles on the sandwich and what I got was this incremental sludge swipe of just fried skin or something.

Whenever I am at vthe restaurant the service and food quality is Excellent but when I order doordash its always an issue, ALWAYS! This time my sons chocolate milk was missing from his kids meal, I ordered a spicy chicken with no tomato and I got tomato and pickles on it when it arrived. Since when does a spicy chicken sandwich come with pickles? I also ordered a small strawberry Sprite, what did I get? Half a cup of Coke with zero ice, like wth!!!!!

Everytime I go there something is always wrong. I went there and asked for extra cheese sauce for my fries. They charged me but failed to mention they ran out, then had the nerve to get a attitude when I asked for my money back. It's either that or they can't serve food because every employee called out that day. This happened more than twice. If you don't want to show up for your shift then you shouldn't be working there at all. It's not fair that one person is there all by themselves and can't do their job because there's no teamwork whatsoever. Ridiculous
