Mcdonald's

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Even if I'm the only one in line ordering 1 item it always takes them 15 to 30 minutes to get my order and get out of the drive thru. They are also not very friendly. I only order coffee usually because I work overnights and it takes forever!! And they act like I'm bothering them or something!

One appreciates the fact that they call you by name, well I used my app, but still they always make you feel valued. They are always busy and get you thru rather quickly they definitely follow the McDonald's rules of service. I also like that they offer specials on kids meals on Tuesday and Saturday more McDonald's should do that.

The order takers and cashiers should be trained better. I wanted to use a code that gave me a free med drink and med fry. I gave them a code. And had them take off pickles add diced onions. I got to the window and asked if the code was added. They said yes. Come to find out I didn't get frys and I paid for a drink. Plus the sandwich was wrong. Very unhappy

Went inside to get Food Waited too long for them to take an order and People were waiting on food inside ! The Drive Thru gets the service 1st. But, Inside get walked past and told they will be with You but, go back and take Care of more Drive thru orders before they take Your order inside ! Yes! It was a Manager that told me they would be with me ! Understand short handed, but they should close the Lobby if they Don't want to wait on inside customers ? They had Enough staff to Care for inside people ! Not Much changed Drive thru is most important!
