This McDonalds is not as good as the one by Walmart. They seem to be slower. Most of the time the staff is friendly and courteous. I go here a lot since it’s about the only thing in town open past 10 p.m. I’ve never had any real problems. Oh, they take down their ice cream machine at 2 am.

They messed up my simple order. Chicken nuggets happy meal and a double fish sandwich. They gave me an old single fish sandwich. $10.36 I get this once a week. Guess I have to check before I leave.

I order large quantities of sausage biscuits occasionally. They always have the ready on time. The moring manager is great and always greats me with a smile.
Update 4/19/22 - tried to order sausage biscuits over the phone today and was told by someone named Chase that I couldn't do it. Will look elsewhere to order breakfast for my employees.

I don't like being forced to use the kiosk and told it's to help me be served better. It's to help YOU save on labor costs, call it what it is. Turn loose of a little money and pay someone to work the registers I doubt it will hurt your bottom line that much.

I ordered on the app and waited for almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 cheeseburger. I only had 30 minutes for lunch and that was ridiculous. I would have walked inside if I didn’t have a broken leg and can’t walk far.

Just fyi if this location forgets to put your ranch in the bag, and you go in to get that ranch they will charge you .32 cents PER PACKET to get more. Given that you have paid for it once already. Absolute failure.

Food needs to be fresher and sitting so long and you need to make your fries fresher for sure and that makes it longer than they're supposed to Downey's first set 7 minutes and you guys are upset for who knows longer than that I've gotten cold food from you guys a lot and it's not very good you got two lanes of for ordering and it takes one person forever to come on the speaker you may need to get more people on headsets and do more work
