Great meal on a Tuesday evening. The trout fingers were excellent. The pasta was ridiculously good. Do yourself a favor and drop in. Small quaint restaurant, cool spring and trout pond, great food.

Good views! The food was fabulous 😋 and service was good. Interesting walk down by the spring...you can catch trout or just watch them. Good place for a date. Lots of good places to take pictures.

As always,, wonderfully delicious!! My husband and I went for our anniversary, the food and the services was spectacular. Our waiter Ian was so sweet, he overheard my husband and I toasting our anniversary and brought us out this beautiful desert after our dinner. We had the fried calamari for appetizer, delicious. I had the pork shank over risotto and I tell you that pork shank was HUGE!! And super tender. It is now my new favorite dish. My husband had the grouper scampi which was out of this world. We know we can always come here for a wonderful meal and wonderful service. Thank you Ian!!!!!

My husband and I went for the 1st time and was not greeted or acknowledged, so after a few minutes we ask the cashier what is protocol for seating. Cashier informed me she was busy checking people out and she'd sit us when she got time. That was fine but a sign or something to let people know what to do would be nice. Waiter came with menu's and brought water. We ordered with no problem. We both got salads. The salad is served on a small saucer and everytime you put your fork into salad, the saucer so small that lettuce rolls over onto table. We were both picking up our lettuce off the table. The salads were good. Our waiter was very cold and unfriendly but she did ask how the food was. Both of our entrées were very good except the white sauce was very grainy. We were never offered any drink refills. Check out at register took forever. Again, just a cold personality. The food was pricey, very pricey. A coke was almost $5.00 with no refill. I was not charged for water but no refill on it either. The food was great but customer service goes a long ways with customers. I doubt I'll go back even tho the food was good because of the price and poor customer service. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was clean.

Worst experience yet. There was a wasp above our table and the hostess refused to move us as I started to move. Mind you restaurant opened at 4:30 and it was only 4:40 and very few people. Clinton was our waiter and wrote down the wrong salad dressing and refuses to bring me the right dressing and get this...he said, "well maybe you would rather leave"!!!. The dining experience did not get better during the course of our meal and $120 later, even addressing with management so we will not patron this one again. Even the Apple pie did not provide a nice flaky crust and $6 piece of cake looked like someone was pulling jokes!

Located way off the beaten path on a historic remnant of original US 65 you'll find this neat little restaurant. They specialize in trout and Italian dishes. Right across the road is the trout farm that supplies the Devito's. My wife practically forbids me from eating fish, but seeing that there isn't much industry or commercial farming in the area I went ahead and figured these fish were more safe to eat than anywhere else. I'm glad I did. The Cajun Trout was prepared quite nicely. It was moist, but not slimy. The spice had the perfect kick - not too hot. The salad was fair and head above average color and fresh appearance.

I would venture a guess Devito's is a destination because of the passion the owners and staff put into their work. The facility is extremely clean. They have one of the cleanest restrooms I have seen in all my restaurant visits to arkansas. The wait staff was beyond friendly and was prepared to explain the menu in full.

Overall, it's not a 5 star restaurant, but I bet it beats out most others in the area. I would visit again.

We enjoyed everything about this stop on our trip! The food was delicious and the service was friendly and excellent! We enjoyed meeting one of the owners and learning the history of this family run restaurant and trout farm. We will definitely stop here again whenever we come back through and catch our own dinner!

Best Food Ever!. Devito's is a Harrison mainstay! It has been my favorite restaurant for many years. I've lived other places: Rogers, Little Rock, Dallas and am presently in Fayetteville, but I still make a special trip to my hometown to eat at Devito's every chance I get! Their trout is unbelievable (especially the pate and the smoked trout!) and always made to perfection! Their Italian selections are authentic and ALL excellent. They are rich and robust in flavor and obviously homemade with quality ingredients. In this day and age, it's so nice to go to a restaurant where the food is made to order and not a frozen quick fix! The ambience sets the tone for the perfect meal...from the creek in the background and beautiful landscapes and waterfalls to the friendliness of the staff and owners. I highly recommend Devito's to any and everyone!

...But the DeVito family won’t give up. The fifth generation of DeVito cooks are still preparing some of the best Italian specialties you can find in Arkansas right along Bear Creek Springs and the family trout farm, all these years later.

A safe and delicious place to eat. I was visiting from out of town and feeling pretty grim about my GF choices.. I entered Devito's and was so pleased. Firstly, they were having a meeting so we entered through the kitchen. They have every right to be proud of their kitchen, spotless! I ate the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The owner and the waitstaff asked all the right questions and I got to relax and enjoy my meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for GF and their non- GF friends!

Excellent choice for Dinner. While on a business trip to Harrison, I took the advice of a colleague and tried Devito's Restaurant. The restaurant advertises itself as an Italian restaurant with several offerings of trout dishes as well as steak. I was recommended to try a trout dish. I had the Cajun Broiled Rainbow Trout and I was very pleased! The restaurant is located next door to a trout farm and the catch appeared to be very fresh.

The atmosphere could be improved, as I found the decor quite confusing (it doesn't look like an Italian restaurant, nor a fish house, nor a steak house?!?). Nonetheless, the food is worth the visit.

Park in the front of the restaurant. I found the entrance confusing and ended up going in a back door and had to find my way to the hostess.

Give the cajun broiled rainbow trout a try. I'm glad I did.

Homemade, fresh, and fantastic.. DeVito's is a Harrison institution. It's easily Harrison's biggest and best culinary secret. Tucked away just off of old 65, the historic Bear Creek Springs Trout Farm and its sister restaurant, DeVito's, have been pleasing and serving local families for decades.

All the restaurant's impressive trout dishes come from fish caught that morning at the farm-- which isn't surprising. What is surprising is that almost every other dish is made from scratch on location as well.

Homemade pasta? Check.
Homemade meatballs? Check.
Sauce? Bread? Salad dressings? Desserts? Smoked prime rib? Check. It's all fresh, it's all made by the DeVito brothers (or, in the case of the chocolate cake, their mom), and it's all fantastic.

We're especially fond of the lasagna, a rich and delicious dish that can easily serve 2-3 people with one entree; the house creamy parmesan dressing; and the divine chocolate bourbon pecan pie. Our toddlers can split a child's spaghetti entree (the staff will happily split any entree for you without any additional charges), and everyone leaves extremely full and happy. The prices are a bit higher than most area restaurants, but it is OH SO WORTH what you pay.

Make sure you leave some time to stroll around the grounds before or after your meal. Go down to the trout farm with a quarter or two for some trout food (honor system) to throw in the water and feed the beautiful fish. And check out the beautiful cascading waterfall beside the restaurant, and the giant fish (goldfish? koi?) in the pool beneath it. The spring coming out of the mountainside makes for another quick but scenic stopping point. Amazing location!

We're long-time fans and will be back to DeVito's again and again.

Try any of the trout dishes, very fresh and tasty. Recommended by a little old lady at the mall who told us it was pricey (it's not; very reasonable), and that they "even have table cloths", which they do! Highly recommend it.
