EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Placed an order online, order was made incorrectly, was sloppy and discussing. Attempted to call and resolve, VERY RUDE FEMALE HAD attitude from the beginning, she would not provide her name, hung up on me, and refused to answer phone, when I tried calling back. After calling back continuously for 40 min, a male associate finally answered, named “ALVIN” (which I am sure is legit) told me he was new, the female left and he did not know her name. I asked him if there was a schedule he could look at, and he told me, he does not know any of the people on the schedule. Will be calling the manager and corporate office.
I WOULD NOT FEED THIS TO ANY LIVING THING, WOULD YOU EAT IT?

I believe his name was josh. He was outstanding. There needs to be more of him in the customer service. He asked us customers not even just myself how our day was going, if we had weekend plans. Asked how everything looked before he closed the sub. I was very very pleased. Great job!

Best Subway around. Logan was awesome! He helped me pick subs for my family, he was really patient with my questions and choices. Also he not only took care of me but he is an amazing multi tasker. The bread oven was beeping and on line orders were coming but he stayed calm and still got all of it done fast by himself. The other employee was on break which Logan did not complain or anything. He jumped up and tackled it all. He shocked my wife and myself extremely! He is an amazing worker to have at Subway. Will definitely be going back as normal.

I had never been to this location before. The subs were excellent, but the service was a little slow. You could tell they were a new employee. Overall it was one of the best subway subs I've had in a while.

The 2 subs that was ours was made right. But my 3rd sub was the person behide me and he got one of mine. So I didn't eat my food last night it went to the trash. I will not be going back again. My money went to someone else and I don't think that was cool. It was at the end of the night and just me and one other person was not busy. Really how could you mess that up???

You can't go wrong with Subway and Artie was very polite and helpful despite the fact that another worker was rushing him along with her order, I didn't catch her name but found her to be extremely rude! What makes a drive thru customer more important than one standing in front of you!
