This DD has the friendliest and busiest staff ever.
It doesn't matter how early we arrive there; everyone has a smile on their faces to greet you while constantly taking care of their customers.
We are so impressed with this blessed team of employees here; they make you want to come back and we do every chance we get!
Highly recommend for all_ friendly and professional.

The only reason I give this place 5 stars is because the minimal amount of staff that they have is very friendly, patient, diligent and does the best they can with the resources they have. One day there was 3 people working the next day 1 girl was working by herself doing the best she could do. And Sunday they were closed so had to go to another Dunkin other side of the bridge

Ordered a mobile pick up order and they gave me the wrong donut. There were no straws by the pick up. The place was a huge mess. Will not be returning.

I was coming here every morning almost but will not be returning. When taking orders you guys should probably consider who is taking the order first, if there are two order screens because I’m not going to sit there and wait while the other lane is going and I’m just sitting there. I have to get to work too.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received this rising. I ordered through door dash and was not able to select the type of donuts I want so I called the store to let them know. Whoever I spoke to told me they were busy and if they can get to it they will. I replied I would like to select the type of donuts I want, I am paying for this. Then they hung up the phone. I called back and revisited the conversation, the worker then gets loud and says "do you want to try this again" sarcastically and says they don't care that I am paying for my food they are busy. I understand the fact that it is busy which is something I would expect for Dunkin Donuts in the rising, but the rudeness of the employee was uncalled for when all I wanted to do was pick out 6 donuts that my family actually eats it would of took less than 1 minute to do. Very disappointed.
