Five guys just do great burgers, so it's hard to complain about the quality of food.
We went in during a quiet period and a few tables were still not cleaned and the staff messing about, thankfully the food wasn't effected. Toilet handle was broken too, can't help but feel this place needs a little tlc.

Fast food is fast food, and I didn't expect this level of customer service. Came in with my nephews and these guys were the best with them. Nicest I've ever met at a Five Guys!

I really like 5 Guys. They are excellent at accommodating my severe food allergies and I've never gotten sick at any 5 Guys I've ever eaten at. The bathroom at this particular one was not quite as clean as I've come to expect, but it was still ok.

Five Guys is one of only two restaurants that are just as good every single time and always have friendly employees (the other obviously being Chick Fil A). The burger and fries I had today were very good and actually the best Five Guys I’ve had in a long time. The prices have definitely gone up in the last several months (at least two dollars on the burgers and over a dollar on the fries). They’ve always toed the line of being consistently good enough to be worth the higher prices but they’re definitely gonna start losing people soon despite the quality; my cheeseburger and little fry today (no drink; had my own) totaled $16.21. I know for a fact that just last year you used to be able to get yourself a regular fry, burger, and drink for ~$18. I don’t think I’ll go anymore if I have to buy drinks as that’s another $2.50-$3, putting you over 20 bucks for a single order. They better hope the quality stays consistent because at these prices, one or two bad experiences will easily drive people away

Still making great burgers how you want them. Milkshakes are good and have several flavors. Don't forget to have some fries too.

Unfortunately today was not a great day at this Five Guys. The employees were very friendly and the milkshake great. However the burgers that we had weren't fully cooked and were very bland even with condiments and toppings. I've eaten at this location before with great results and will eat there again for sure.

Fries were slightly above average but I feel like I may have gotten the end of a batch as the majority of mine were small and end pieces. The burger was nothing to praise I got a little burger and a regular bacon cheeseburger. Honestly I don't know why people pay the outrageous prices for these $30 for two burgers and two things of regular fries with no drinks seems a bit much for mediocre food. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean but the food quality is definitely lacking. If I wanted a McDonald's quality Burger I would have gone to McDonald's and paid half the price with drinks.
