Kfc

Ordered 16 pieces was given 14 after asking if they where sure it was 16 because 16 never fits in 1 bucket. It had 8 legs and everything was so pressed it looked like they had put it in a vice. Was meant to be all crispy but from pressure the where all mush and not crispy at all. All the juices from chicken was pressed out into the breading. Tried to call many times they won't answer phone if the do none even speaks just hangs up immediately.

Didn't even eat there. Was told we could get it to go but the dining room was closed. If you are not going to open the dining room then shut the doors. I'm a construction worker and lunch is sometimes the only opportunity we have to warm up or cool off. I am remembering the places who won't let us in and you won't be getting anymore of my money.

We came in towards the end of the night and got a perfect order with perfect friendly service. Gentlemen that made our order apologized for the wait, but wait wasn't any more than I'd expect for the time of night I rolled thru there. Very pleasant guy. The only thing negative was my boys trying to have a wrestling match in the back seat :)

To put into perspective the kind of downturn we are talking about here, look no further than the road it is on and the slope one must drive down to leave. Back in the day, KFC was a masterclass of fast food, flash forward to today and you're better off getting Tyson chicken strips at least when compared to this KFC. Slow service, food that is far too greasy and sides that make you want to run. I hope this KFC can improve because I used to love it.

Speaker wasn't working and when I went to the window the crew was all in their cellphones so I drove back around and a crew member was outside smoking and told them I was coming back around and they were waiting for me and got my order super fast. A few months ago I got a half of a bucket of raw chicken at night but the ladies replaced my meal the next morning when I took it back

I see I got a reply from the owner but since you can't reply to their reply I just deleted my review and I'll redo it. Their reply was thanks for understanding KFC Harriman values everyone's safety. Remember this, I don't care what establishment I'm in. If I can't protect myself because of a sign they posted and I have to be there and something happens, their "no gun" sign will cost the owner a HEFTY law suit. Because I WILL sue.

We stopped at kfc today and walked in the dining room to order. After about 10 minutes one of the workers finally seen us and started screaming at another worker that the dining room was not supposed to be unlocked. After them yelling back and forth at each other like 5 year olds for 5 minutes and didn’t offer to take our order I told them if they didn’t want sell any food we could go to to bojangles! One woman just yelled saying the dining room was closed but the sign outside said dining room open ! Never seen such a poorly run restaurant!! Will never go back! You can actually get chicken at bojangels they appreciate your. Business!
