Omg finally I had a good breakfast, with my waitress Janie, excellent then a bad experience last time I went there 2 eat there ugly rude waitress, in matter fact she was there, in front of her, i call my waitress Janie gave her the tip, hahaha.. I will go again, hopefully I c that lady that serve me a awesum polite welcome 2 the restaurant.. have a nice day..

Great selections and lots of variations of Mexican cuisine. The staff was very attentive and looked after our drinks very often. Would highly recommend for family meals as the menu is very kid friendly. Prices are average when compared to other similar restaurants in the area. Overall a great experience.
Great place to eat lunch. Prices are super reasonable. Food is home cooked and always so good. Plus, the buffet always has great options in small batches for freshness along with healthy options such as veggies and fruit as well as desserts. I travel for work up and down the Valley, so whenever I'm in Harlingen, I never miss having a meal here!
Really nice Mexican breakfast buffet. Waitress very friendly. Seniors price 4.99 and there is a girl there that will make you eggs anyway you want them. This is our second visit and we will be back.
The food comes out quick, and they recently added a buffet option and it's the best thing ever. They have this soup that's like an appetizer and it's soooo good! The staff is always on top of everything. Sorta a small place , but works well with everything.

Open early on a Friday with super buffet and great thick bacon! Excellent program on their TV near cashier on nature...ice melting in Antarctica...lovely filming ....great website and programming. Spanish speaking waitress was very good and accurate...helpful at the buffet too. Even had nopales with eggs...mango and papaya! This place deserves more costomers! The furniture and ambiance are lovely: old Spanish antiques.
El Patio has become my favorite location in the valley. I go at least once a week (During lunch mostly) and they are usually thriving with customers. I can tell that their buffet is the most popular and is so affordable. I enjoy their Panchos when I choose to not get from the buffet. I bring my grandma to eat there for it is also her favorite place to eat in Harlingen. I have also brought my friend who has also become a customer and has had his family go. I enjoy there customer service, there is a waiter that is from Monterrey and is the most friendly waiter and I enjoy every visit because he is attentive to his customers. I get my drink refilled right away. They offer you flour or corn tortillas with your meal and they come out fresh and are so tasty. I really recommend this location to any Mexican food lovers! You can even book them for a special event! I am beyond grateful that they exist and hope they continue to strive.
Our families go to restaurant when I don't feel like cooking. Always loved coming here, never super packed just perfect. The staff is great and so Is the food.
One of my favorite restraunts but today they really lacked off on having the food ready on the lunch buffet ...give 4 ⭐'s cause the food was delicious 😋
