Subway

I did not keep my receipt as I’m sure many don’t. We have gone to the Harlan Subway for years. On our last visit, I ordered a BLT on white bread. The last 2 inches of my bread was rock hard...stale. The price was the same! A few days later, we visited Greenfield Iowa Subway. The whole 6” was stale, same sandwich. The bread literally crumbled apart as I tried to eat it! It is supposed to be a treat to eat out somewhere but not when served unfit food. In Greenfield the kid wasn’t even going to heat up my bacon! Also there is a more mature lady that works at the Harlan Subway. I don’t know if she is the supervisor, manager or what. But she is rude and just has no customer service qualities at all. She needs to go! And it’s not the gal that used to own Mickels. I haven’t seen her for a while. I really don’t know if I will go back to Subway with 2 bad sandwiches in a week! Subway really needs to step it up.
