Chipotle Mexican Grill

Delicious and delicious and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and super organized with the way they did their preparations. Except for the lady at the register she wasn't very polite. The guy who was first to help was awesome and the lady with glasses super sweet and helpful to.....all in all it was a great experience for my very first time there...

Food is delicious. However, expect to wait 30-45 minutes to order if you arrive and wait in line. This is not the first time having to wait this long. Right now the line is wrapped around the entire place. This is the second time I have waited to order in person. The young woman with light pink hair and an arm tattoo will stare at you as she fills up to 5 or more mobile orders with no explanation as to what she is doing or a simple, “give me one second, so I can catch up on these orders.” A simple apology or explanation never hurts and does wonders in terms of customer service. The store definitely needs an extra employee working the side counter for mobile orders. There is a mobile counter built in the store but remains unused. This leads to long wait times, and small portions from the employees frantically trying to catch up on the mobile orders. You can place an order online but it is NEVER done when it tells you it will be. Plus their mild sauce is amazing. I’d recommend Taco Bell due to the wait and better customer service.

The food is the same as every other chipotle. My review is for the process for placing an order through the app with this store. I’ve placed the order on several different occasions. Each time, the actual order pick up time is 15-20 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. The order is never ready on time. On today’s pick up, it’s been 20 minutes, and they don’t even have the order that was placed with them, let alone have it started.... DO NOT order in advance with this location, save yourself the trouble and just go through the line. The line could be down the street and it will still be faster

Be warned.. I don't know what is going on lately but Chiptole literally takes 40 minutes to get your order done. I order online all the time and every time I get there they have to start my order in person. I always have to get extra meat because half of my burrito would be empty. The food is decent, but the wait and the way my order is handled is what loses me EVERYTIME!
