Panda Express

I know what it is about this panda express feel like I always get ripped off every time I come here and they always take forever. They gave me one small scoop of chow mein and a scoop and a half of rice, five pieces of honey walnut shrimp and somehow my broccoli beef taste burnt and the broccoli isn’t cooked all the way. But my chicken eggroll was decent. And upon further inspection two of my shrimp are from the spicy shrimp

Not only was I rushed through my order but I also ordered a drink in which she repeated it to me and then denied it at the window instead of just admitting a tiny mistake and fixing it. I would’ve paid of course. Anyway then I didn’t get teriyaki sauce for my food and the chicken looked old and gray I’ve actually worked at Oanda before and this is definitely old chicken . I’m annoyed at the customer service and food

Customer service was good. There was a line to wait but that's only because of one Panda's Express in town. It's time for another one to be built. As for the food, it was good but they forgot a spoon and some napkins. I was out in about. There was a bunch of sauce in the bag. Next time, I will check my bag before, I pull away from the window.

Drive-thru service was meh! They don't listen to the orders. And didn't give us our full order when we got to the window. What Panda Express has NO EGGPLANT & TOFU?? And no vegetarian option?? Really? This fortune cookie was basically how I describe this Panda Express location. No fortune. And a broken cookie. Won't be back anytime soon.

I Tried to give panda express harker heights another try and they disappointed once again. I ordered bigger plate rice,walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and kung pow chicken. I got orange chicken in my plate and that is it and I STILL PAID FOR THE BIGGER PLATE. The workers was more Interested in having a Conversation than paying attention to the order. Good luck panda

Went by today to just grab something small to eat while I waited for friends. The drive through employee asked what I wanted after offering a bowl or plate which I declined. I began to place my order and after every item I asked for employee sounded like he was trying to rush me and after I said I wanted something else employee seemed annoyed that I wanted something else. He needs to take a class on customer service and understand he chose to work there so his job is to service customers. Would not come back to this place again.

Here is another fastfood restaurant I think is not getting a fair shake. A lot of complaints I have read were about the wait and running out of food. If you ever have visited the Harker heights location you know that the line is always long especially during peak hours. One good thing about them is that the food is always cooked fresh, so some of that wait is due to them cooking more food as it runs out. The service is always top notch and the workers are very dedicated to serving their customers. Also if you have any issues with them they tend to resolve them without hesitation. Would be 5 stars but I have to agree that the food doesn't always seem seasoned, but they are cooking for hundreds at a time and not for 1 or 2 customers at a time
