I ordered online this morning at 730. At 747 an employee came out at 747 saying they were waiting on my pies (she said the online orders don't tell them if we order dessert). I saw at least 15 vehicles go through the drive through while I waited. I didn't get my order until 752. Of all the times I decide to get my breakfast from there. It would have been nice if they upgraded my small OJ to a large or threw in some complimentary salt and paper. When I got to work my boss laughed at my experience. He said that's why he doesn't go there anymore. Hoping they get more staff because other customers don't need slow service either.

I have to say that it's been the best McDonald's experience I've had. I usually don't look forward to road trips and eating fast food but this food was fresh, tasty, and even looked nice.

Majority of the time orders are perfect and fast. The only McDonald's that puts the right amount of ice in my coffee.

Went to order two double cheese burgers and they told me the total was just under $10. LOL I’ll go to a real restaurant then. Charging almost $5 for a double cheese burger from McDonald’s? Get real. Any other McDonald’s I go to charges closer to $5 for two double cheese burgers and a large coke, not per cheeseburger

If i could give zero stars i so would. drive thru was icy as hell, and the workers didn't work quick enough. drive thru caused my uncle to hit his car on the side of the building. very lucky i don't sue.

My card was having trouble going through on the app, and these people were so sweet and gave us a promo since the app wasn’t working. Sweetest people, great service, if there was 10 stars I would give it!
