Dunkin'

Food is typical Dunkin food. Not too bad. The service was a little slow but nothing out of the ordinary. I was okay to wait because they seemed a little short staffed and the workers that were there were so nice and polite. I felt like they took their time to make the food "with love" if you will. We had the Avacado Toast with Bacon, the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and the Sausage and Egg Crossiant. We did add a few donuts too. Update: Threw the coffee and latte away. Neither was good.

Don’t order mobile from this location. They are the last ones to be made. And I’m not sure the person serving the pickup counter should be. The walk in orders probably think she’s great, but I hd time to watch her work. She’s fast but doesn’t pay attention to simple instructions and lacks customer service skills. I placed a mobile order, got there and went inside. The 3 customers that walked in after me and ordered from the counter received their orders first and left. I had to ask about mine for it to be made. First things was she asked which order. Then she asked what the donuts were. I said just a coffee roll. I didn’t think it needed explanation. She went and got my donut, handed it to me in a bad and gave a medium ice tea or something. I said no, I had an XL coffee with 6 creams. She made it and gave it to me. When I got out to the truck, she had given me 2 coffee rolls. I only ordered one. And won’t eat the second one. Thanks for the extra donut, but it will just be wasted. Otherwise, the restaurant appeared clean. Seemed to have a lot of traffic and efficiently ran. Just not for mobile orders. So my advice is just walk in and order at the counter. You’ll be in and out very quickly.

I pass by this location a couple of times a month on my way to Fripp Island. I've only ever used their drive-thru, because the lobby is usually closed. The staff is always friendly and the line, when there is one, moves pretty quickly. I did have a concern about my drink today, but it was completely the way I had ordered it, and so when I asked questions about it they were very patient and transparent with me on how the drink was made. I was grateful for their openness. I'll certainly be back in a couple of weeks!!

Absolutely ridiculous. They do not serve food because there is “only 3 people in there working” yet they will put you on hold in the drive thru without telling you that until it’s time to order and you have sat there for 24 minutes because they will only take one order, let them pull around, make and give them their food, then come back to take a new order. It’s pathetic. 24 minutes before they could take my order - but all they can make is coffee… just close. The staff is pathetic and full of excuses, but their favorite is “well McDonald’s is right next door if you don’t like it you can go there” - these people barely* deserve minimum wage.

If you have all the time in the world and no place to go this place is for you. Need to catch some shut eye? Pull into their drive thru and have at it. Thier employees are not running on Dunkin...3 medium coffees took 30 minutes. Rosie was polite but may I suggest an employee discount to get these people moving?
