Amazing fresh food, great service, nice atmosphere, might be the best Mexican food I have ever had (including the restaurants in Mexican Town in Detroit). I can't decide what is the best thing about this place, that they have multiple vegetarian option or because the food doesn't sit as heavy as usual Mexican food. Not greasy or too cheesy, fresh and just right. Do yourself a favor and go there!

If you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out. Great food, great service, affordable and authentic. We started with chips, guacamole and salsa, and then I had the shredded chicken wet burrito, and my son had the steak tacos. Delicous! Another great option for a meal in Harbor Springs!
I love the white fish tacos & salsa here! I had a skinny margarita that tasted great; hubby thought his regular one tasted like lemonade. Overall, I love the food here and will come back every time we visit HS.
Stopped in for dinner and found this to be a cool fun place in harbor springs. Food was very tasty salsa was homemade had chunks of cilantro and onions fresh not too spicy just right and they serve warm chips which is a bonus !
We stopped here for dinner based off of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The entire staff was incredibly friendly - genuinely kind which made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We ordered the queso with chorizo which was the best I’ve ever had. We also had the skinny margaritas which were great! We ordered the pollo supremo, street tacos and steak burrito and would definitely recommend (street tacos were good, but not something that we’d order again in comparison to the other dishes). Our server was Jorgie and he was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I personally felt that this was the best Mexican restaurant all around that I’ve ever been to. Now I’m just disappointed that there’s not one in Charlotte, NC!
Awesome place to get some fantastic Mexican food. It's small, maybe 10 or so tables and then another 10 spots at the bar. Food tasted fresh and had tons of flavor. Food came out fast and hot! Margaritas were excellent!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a new go-to spot in Harbor Springs!
Great food and service with comfortable seating and some very interesting decor. The beef enchiladas and chorizo enchiladas were great, and the veggie burrito was the best we've had anywhere. Delicious.
This was hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been too, including from Mexico itself! The salsa and chips have great flavor (good cilantro, tomato, onion, and pepper/heat balance). We had the chicken rice soup to start and it was sooo good! It’s a broth-based soup with lots of shredded chicken and rice, served with a healthy dollop of sour cream and a generous slice of avocado. For dinner, I had flour enchiladas stuffed with chicken. I couldn’t decide between the red or the green sauce, so I had both! If we weren’t traveling, I would have saved some for later! The service was outstanding and I heard people ordering some yummy sounding margaritas! Very pleasant atmosphere too! If you are looking for a truly satisfying meal and are maybe considering pizza or burgers instead, I beg you to try Rodrigo’s instead!!
One word - it’s the best Mexican place.
After a long drive thru tunnel of trees, we were searching for a nice place to satisfy our stomach and found this beautiful place. And we can’t thank enough.
The staff is welcoming and faces that smile. They provided sanitizer on the table and the place is neat enough. They are nice to let us know all specials in detail.
We were served with Nachos and three different salsas. And then we ordered specials - Tamales and local fish special of the day. We loved Tamales, they are awesome. And even fish is well cooked. Decent it is.
We loved our drinks too. Great Mexican place and we would love to go back next time in the area.
Place offers pick up and waiter brings it to the car. Very quick service. Parking area all around. Bathrooms are very neat too.
The food we ordered was very flavorful and plentiful. The menu had extensive options. Environment was aesthetically pleasing, upbeat and the staff were friendly and attentive (we arrived fourish and early week). Our experience at this venue was nothing but positive and hope to return if we are visiting the area again. Muy bueño Rodrigo’s!
3 tacos, traditional; chips and salsa; margarita, salted, on the rocks. Tacos were tasty with tons of meat and served with guacamole. Margarita was well made and generously sized. The decor was fresh and original with no sombreros or serapes in sight. The faux cowhide chairs were unexpected and very cool.
Absolutely amazing food drinks service and ambiance! I am just sad I didn’t give this place a try earlier!
