The atmosphere with all the "ski" details, and the beautiful wide open windows make the place look charming yet modern. The cost of the food is in a way not so expensive because of the general price of the area and in another way it is a tad (a lot?) expensive when you take into account the quality. Everything is overly slated, the meat for the burgers and hot dog is clearly frozen and potentially cooked from frozen. Nothing tasted bad but nothing tasted out of the expected. Actually some dishes were underwhelming like the Mac and cheese, the big store box feels better. On the other hand the soup was really good so you know what to order. You won't get sick, you will get fed, but at the end at $15-20 pwr dishes ... it seems you can find better for not a lot more next door.

Piersons never disappoints! Enjoyed Calamari, then I had a goat cheese salad and Mr M had an olive burger. Our server was pleasant and checked in occasionally. We always enjoy coming here when we visit HS.

What a great late lunch stop. Had a nice chicken Caesar with a throw back Altes Beer on top. Truly a unique and amazing draft.

Stopped in for wings and ended up with Scallops and Pesto Linguini with sundried tomatoes for my husband and Lambchop Lollis accompanied by Foccacia with Tapenade and Hummus along with a Caesar Salad for me. Paired this with Meiomi Pinot Noir. Absolutely amazing. Our taste buds are dancing. First time trying this restaurant as we are from Metro Detroit, but we will definitely be back. So good!

My wife and I decided to go here and get something for lunch while my daughter was snowboarding. While looking around we decided this would be an excellent place to stop and we were glad we did. Very nice establishment the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! I would recommend this place to any.

We came here a little while ago & The feel of the place is great, love the decor, the staff was nice & very helpful, the prices are off the charts tho, I get that they are kind of a surf & turf place & seafood is very expensive, but when you order a single sandwich meal per person for 3 people, 3 waters, no extras & the meal is $65 + tip it better be a very good meal for a small town place, & I wasn't very impressed with the food quality, it's wasn't bad just worth a lot less money, we did not try the main entrees which are $25-35 each, some of which are just normal dinners nothing unique. The experience was pretty good though everything was served on time & fresh.

Absolutely fabulous. Second visit, two years after the first. Nice atmosphere and great food at a reasonable price. Probably the best French Dip I've ever had! Very tender prime rib on a wonderful roll. Good pizza as well.

We had a great time after leaving the mess of a restaurant across the street. The waitress was very nice, and the food was well worth it. We ordered the perch and prime rib, as we were in the mood for a nicer meal. The waitress also recommended the chocolate cake, which was a meal in itself. Highly recommend if you want a nice meal without all the foo-foo ambiance and high price tag.

First off, the mahgerita pizza was amazing! Cheesy and hot, the cheese literally melted as we tried to pull a piece out! It was so delicious and the closest thing I’ve found to NY piazza in Michigan. Salad as fresh and the interior was nicely decorated and very clean. Service and prompt. Drink was mediocre, especially the strawberry punch (first cocktail on the drink menu). Otherwise, nice place for some food!
