Red Lobster

got the three for 15.99 special. Caesar salad , coconut shrimp, and the chicken tenders with fries. Didn’t care for the coconut shrimp too sweet but it tasted clean and fresh. Wasn’t smelly. Everything was good . No wait I went around 7pm on a Friday. And it was not loud in there. My waiter was very attentive to us.

I visited this Red lobster’s location during the weekday around lunch time. No one was at the front when I first entered the establishment but like a min later someone did come to greet me. I was seated and my waitress came to take my order in a timely fashion. My waitress was really sweet and had great customer service skills, she understood the assignment when it came to serving me. Overall my food came out hot and fresh. My only CON is my main course came out before my appetizer. It was a lot of food at the table at once so I ended up taking my main course home. With my appetizer I had to season it to give it some more flavor. But overall I enjoyed my visit it’s wasn’t loud and crazy I was able to enjoy my self care date in peace while reading 😌 Side note: Please don’t forget to tip when you go to restaurants. If you don’t have tip money order your for to go or for pick up.

The service is okay, waitress is friendly but items didn't all arrive properly and transactions were slow. The food is okay. The burger came out well done instead of medium. The fries were only okay, the broccoli was way over cooked, the salmon new orleans was pretty good. It's basically what you expect from red lobster.

First things first. Waiter was excellent. My issue was with the change in serving sizes. Biscuits were half their original size. My lobster was miniature and my shrimp looked like they belonged in a kids meal. Extremely disappointed, expected more from my favorite seafood restaurant.since the portions have changed the pricing should change to.

This restaurant has a cozy, family friendly atmosphere. Our entrée includes some mouth watering soft and favorable warm home made Cheddar Bay Biscuits, along with some hot and bursting with full flavor, signature seafood stuffing and Monterey Jack with cheese, and we ordered, Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon, A Maine lobster tail, jumbo shrimp skewer and fresh Atlantic salmon finished with a brown butter sauce, with two sides Broccoli and Mashed potato also our French Fries was nice and golden brown and the drinks was great. Our order of Fried Calamari was tasteless, bland, unseasoned with no flavor, along with a horrible, uneven, tasteless Crab Cake. You would expected an establishment that specialize in seafood, that they would offer a better selection of seafood than this!!!! The prices was reasonable. The area is conveniently located in a Live Entertainment District with plenty of things to do and they offer plenty of parking spaces!!! Our hosts was friendly and entertaining.

My family and I visited this establishment in hopes of a fine dining experience but that didn’t happen. The best part was our server Samantha, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Now upon viewing the restaurants work environment it seemed as if she was the only 1 who actually cared about her job. Numerous employees walked by without offering her or us any assistance with our table of 5. I caught 1 staff member just checking out the NBA game while we were in need of silverware and other items needed to enjoy our meal. The food was awful but the drinks made by Samantha were great! I will not be returning to this location in the future. My suggestion is to give Samantha a raise and to take better pride in the food that is presented to guest.
