Besides having to wait for a long time for your food , when you get it becareful you can get moldy bread. That's what they gave me on my $15 burger. The casino management didn't even bather to call me to see if I had gotten sick. Service is rude and low class. Hope they don't wind up killing someone with the food they Serve.

Unfortunately I have no idea what the food tastes like but I do know it's made fresh. We ordered pizza prior to the Chapelle Show at the event center. There were no signs to let us know that "outside food" couldn't be brought inside the event center even though it's all affiliated with Live casino. We are many others were forced to trash our over priced food just to buy lesser quality overpriced food at the event center. Between that, having to check my bag with no advanced warning, and general disorganization it was a cluster$#@& and not worth it at all. Definitely won't be back.

The quality assurance and customer service here is almost non existent. The last four times that I've ordered here there has been a problem: 1. Wings cooked too hard; 2. Chicken sandwich not prepared as described on menu; 3. Fries not cooked enough; and 4. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a hamburger. Team was unapologetic and told me it would be 15 minutes to fix the chicken sandwich. Appears to be different staff each week.
