The sandwich was great, service was quick enough for the amount of people ordering. Workers could obviously tell that many of the people in line had never been there before, but offered nothing to help or advise on food, how to order, where to wait. The mac & cheese left a lot to be desired. It was just greasy noodles with cheese baked on the top, not throughout at all. There was so much grease that I couldn't hardly keep in on the plate to cut through it. Only took 2 bites and had to throw it away. Chicken noodle soup was already sold out by 6 pm.

The customer service absolutely sucks. You can literally be standing in line waiting for someone to take your order for at least 10 minutes. Even if they are short staffed, you should still greet the customer after they have waited so long just to place their order. Their hot dog and crab soup is great. This is the only reason why I will continue to go here after I finish playing on the slots.

So I gotta start out with for the price I definitely thought we would get real onion rings and from the picture I was thinking a huge portion size sandwich 🥪 I added pastrami to my Ruben and it was almost no bigger than the regular size sandwich oh well potatoe salad was also not good I thought it would be fresh as well well we gave it a try will not be back for the price alone

Food great service is horrible 4 people working 2 in line for food and 3 people waiting yet it took 22 minutes to get my food. I was watching nobody had a big order they are always slow as can be. Honestly, they can't do more than one thing at a time. And no this wasn't isolated innocent it happens all time. Train your people to multitask and not walk around like slugs. Oh and garbage was overflowing and no hand sanitizer
