Five Guys

These folks are great. Came in for a small bite to eat before bed, as truckers its very hard to find decent food half the time, but didn't realize they were about 10 minutes before closing. They were cleaning the grill and all. Not wanting to be 'those people,' we reluctantly went in and got our food. These people were amazing tonight. The girl behind the counter was super friendly (wish I had gotten her name, and she didn't look like a Justin, which is the name on the reciept) and very helpful. She didn't make us feel like we were any kind of burden for coming in so late, but instead treated us like we were super welcome. I wish I had more money to leave for them in their tip jar because they went above and beyond tonight and, if all the employees at 5 Guys are like this, then they may have made a customer for life.

We went there to eat on 2/05/2022 it was around 7:30pm this is first bad experience we ever had there. For one there was like 6 people worker there but only one person working. 2nd I cloud smell pot smoke combing from the back where the other 5 people was. Then 3nd another person come out to help make food put the food on the grilled and walks way and doesn’t tell the person there food in the fryer or on both side of the grilled so that one person I had to run the show again. My food was burnt to say and not that the person fault at all she was trying hard. 4th the place was dirty I mean dirty Stead of having people in the back doing nothing they should of been cleaning there is still pandemic. Who ever was in charge doesn’t know how to run a shift. I fault bad for the that person she was doing most of it on her own it made me want to jump in and help her and there was line people ordering food. I saw other people shaking there heads too. Definitely when standing there waiting for the food you just see the other people in the back just caring on.smh
