Wendy's

We went to wendys in south Hanover. We wanted something different so we ordered the new "big bacon cheddar chicken" meal. We asked for the fries to be fresh and they were great. The chicken sandwich was awful. No fault of the employees but it was the sauce. The cheese sauce was mixed with peppers and it was gross. The chicken itself,is always good. The service was fast and great and the employees were very friendly. The low score,is only for the taste of the cheese sauce that is on this sandwich. Beings its not cheap, i felt unhappy about this. I wish places could let you sample the sauce when things are new. I could only suffer through half if the sandwich. Once again, not the employees fault,they were great.

The laziest staff ever. They shut down 3 hours before their closing time and claim something isn't working so they can't accept orders. They are just milking it out to get free money. They are taking advantage of their owner hopefully he catches on when he realizes why they aren't making money in the late hours. It has literally been going on for months and I have had it happen 5xs the last 2 weeks. Hoping the owner gets rid of this whole staff

There were lots of issues on this visit. Driving in to see the employees all on the side of the building with their friends is not a good start. One walked in behind us talking into the headset taking a drive thru order. After he went in the back and took the drive thru order, he yelled for the guy who was supposed to be up front. Our order was taken but there was lots of yelling back and forth by the people who appeared from nowhere. We were the only ones in the dining room, there were napkins, coaster n trash on tables. Chairs were messed up. The ketchup was almost empty. Highly disappointing for a very down time for this unit. This location is in need of new carpet and a good cleaning. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered from here tonight and received a RAW burger. Burnt fries. Cold chili. We called and spoke to Meg, she apparently can’t refund us. Or give us a credit. She wanted us to come back to pick new food. Absolutely rude. Horrible customer service. Will no longer go to this location. Lost a costumer all together.

Couldn't hear the person on the speaker then waited over 5 mins for ice cold fries 2 half cups of chili and not to mention the one burger was as dry as cardboard and the taste was less then that both burgers were cold to say the least I think our soda were warmer then our food they said they will gi e us our money back but I'm not happy with just that I work hard for my money
