We arrived around 4:00 PM, parked our vehicle and walked to the door. We then find out the dinning area is closed, they are only doing business via the drive thru.
We went and got back into our vehicle and proceeded to the drive thru. Our service was fair, the food was warm, the good thing was the orange cream shake. It was worth the trip to give it a try.

Arby's is probably my favorite fast food chain, but thanks to some recent changes and an incredibly rude staff, I will no longer be visiting this location. Closing at 7pm?! That's prime time for dinner! And then a staff member getting snippy with me when I voiced my displeasure about having to wait in the drive thru line only to get to the speaker and have it play a message about being closed?! Also, why is the dining room still closed?! Most other restaurants have reopened theirs and it's nice to have that option for those of us who aren't worried about that so called virus. Sorry, I'll go to ANY of the other locations in York that are open until at least 10pm, and have friendlier staff.

The employees were nice, and the food tasted as I expected, but the lemonade was terrible. It tasted like chemical, gave me a headache, and had things floating in it. I think I'll pass on the fountain drink in the future.

Always great food here! The drive-thru line is usually packed, but the service is pretty quick. But the meat is almost always fresh and tasty. And the customer service is usually top notch. We visit here several times a month because of inexpensive food and great quality. And I don't think they've ever gotten our order wrong, save for the odd times they've possibly forgotten straws... Good stuff!
