Mcdonald's

Asked for a chicken biscuit with cheese and the person was not sure what that would be so I repeated it. She then asked people to be quiet so they could hear. She then asked if I wanted anything else so I said I wanted a sausage McMuffin with cheese. She selected a sausage and egg McMuffin then asked what I had ordered before. I then repeated again, that I wanted the chicken and cheese biscuit. I also said that did not want egg on the sausage biscuit which she then corrected. I paid for my meal after finally getting two items and a coke ordered. Only to pull away, get on the road and open my sausage McMuffin only to find out it was an an egg and cheese McMuffin with no sausages in sight. I amazes me that such sub par service can be expected from people that want $15 an hour. Only three items and it's a struggle to get even that much?

Stopped by while driving from Tennessee to Iowa. Great location. Nice, relatively new store with spacious dining room. I decided to eat inside, as I needed a break from driving. Food was delivered fast - hot, fresh, and as ordered. Fountain soda and condiments were orderly and well-stocked. Staff was courteous and provided speedy service. It's McDonald's and this store delivered exactly what I expect - which is kind of rare for McDonald's.

Could not get my app to work even in the store itself. I wanted to use up some of my rewards points but instead I had to pay almost $5 for a Medium Chocolate shake. Naturally the lady counter person had no clue about how the app actually works. When I went back to my truck at the connected gas station my app started to function but by then I had no reason to go back. So instead of using my points I had to pay cash for my purchase and on top of that I couldn't get credit for the shake I bought.

I’ve eaten at this location five times over the course of a couple years on my travels through the area. Four of the five times my order has been messed up and my burger has not been assembled in the manner that I requested. This location lacks serious management oversight and quality control. The owner needs to come in and do some coaching and mentoring for his managers so they know how to properly do it with the employees.

Look, I like McDonald's and I like that they are trying new things. But this curbside pick up needs some work. I am not looking for lightening speed but when I pull into my space I expect my food to be out at the same pace as the drive thru window. I understand that I can do a pick up at the drive thru window but as a courtesy to other guest I don't occupy that space. It seems everytime I do curbside pickup I am waiting for 10 minutes and cars are coming and going from the drive thru and I just sitting there wondering if they even got my order. This most recent time was nearly 15 minutes of waiting for a large fries, iced coffee and a McFlurry. 3 small items that should have been out in less than 5 minutes. There is no excuse that is a valid one when the drive thru is moving rapidly and I am wondering where my food is. To add insult to injury the damn fries were ice cold. How is this even possible? Do better McDonald's. Do better.

Is Hannibal McDonalds the worst one in Missouri? Why do they make tons of sodas and teas in advance and leave them sitting out on a cart next to the drive through? They are watered down and nasty. Ordered 2 fish tonight. Came on toasted hamburger buns. Ordered a regular McChicken and got a spicy one. Couldn’t eat it because it was so spicy. They pour way too much ketchup and mustard on the burgers. Way too much tarter sauce on the fish. Food is cold most of the time. Such a shame they put so much money into a new building just to serve gross food.
