Staff was SUPER friendly, caring, and kind. Our fries did come out extremely cold and they were super quick about replacing them and were also sincerely sorry about serving them to us like that. Great great staff- from drive through gentlemen to the cook!

Decent Wendy’s in Hannibal, the staff were friendly and drive thru was fairly quick. The burgers were made as ordered and tasted good.

Excellent I had 4 teenage boys ordered about $60 worth of food the guys working were on point! Fast and efficient! Didn't miss anything great job to them it was Tuesday Feb 1 around dinner rush thanks.

Came through with a big group of HS students. Patricia and her crew took great care of us. One of our students accidentally through their retainers in the trash, and Patricia helped fish them out.

Spent 30 minutes in line (only 2 cars in front of me) ordered regular nuggets, medium fries, medium coke. Got spicy nuggets, small fries and small coke. Unfriendly staff, lazy and put off by customers existence. Don’t recommend.

Frosty machine broken, only strawberry available. Burgers were not very hot. No baby changing station in the restroom.

3 times I've stopped by in the am and 3 times I have been told they won't make my breakfast. It is on the menu with the rest of your items. Nothing special or different. just want the food that YOUR store advertised and has on display.

Same staffing shortage story, different location. Shift manager doing the best possible job with the assembled team yet three people walked out based on the extra wait time required during our holiday weekend travels. We ordered the grilled chicken avocado salad and grilled chicken sandwich, no fries or drinks.
If you're short of time, try their 4for4 menu - literally four customers ordering after our arrival were out the door with their orders before our meal was prepared.
On a positive note, both grilled chicken meals were worth the added wait time. KEEP battling one day @ a time!
