The sushi rice is not edible. At first I thought I had some thing with cream cheese because that’s what it tasted like. The portioning of the vinegar and ponzu is way off, and the rice had too much water. I couldn’t eat any of the rice. The seaweed salad flavor is also off, it was too sour. I ate the salmon and the crab meat imitation and the shrimp that was okay, but the whole time I was scared the food was old because the bad rice ruined it for me. Came here on 6/22 around 5pm. I went in to tell the workers the rice was bad, and the service was good, they were nice and insisted on a refund. I didn’t take it though, but you bet I’m heading to Mod’s after this

Poke bowl was alright. Some of the ingredients like the cilantro and cucumber wasn't cut up very well in smaller pieces. It made the poke have a bitter taste. Maybe I just went on a bad day. The girl preparing our bowls didn't wear any gloves which made me feel a little uncomfortable, given the current climate. Regardless, I think gloves should be worn no matter what when constantly touching and hovering your hands over food. I am mostly giving this mediocre review because of the unsanitary conditions and food preparations of the place. I hope if I go back the workers will wear gloves when handling food so closely.

Delicious and fresh, this is one of our new favorite places to eat. The folks who work here are friendly and your order is made to your exact specifications. All of the sauce options are fantastic and everytime we visit they ask if we'd like to sample any or all of them. The self-serve chilled lemon water is an upgrade from most other restaurants. Casual dining and excellent food.

Best food I've had in a long time! And I didn't have to leave hanford so that was a plus. The restaurant was clean, staff were super friendly and patient with me. I ordered a large veggies bowl and i couldn't finish it in one sitting. Favorite new spots!! ( Don't be discouraged by the smell outside or the location of the restaurant. It's worth it)
