Little Caesars

The location is amazing, their customer service has always been impeccable. However, LC's pizza overall is just trash and takes too long no matter which location I go to. I can order 3 deep dish multi-topping pizzas from Domino's and have it ready before one Hot n Ready...🤣🤣🤣....and you gotta hurry up and eat or it tastes like cardboard...

March 23,2022 Wow, This was my fourth time going to this location and I went in the afternoon since I was in the area an as always it's very clean and awesome customer service. My order was correct and it was fast service. I ordered one deep dish cheese pizza with mushrooms, black olives and extra cheese, one Italian cheese bread with sauce and two delicious orders of garlic parmesan wings. I was pleased with my order and will continue to go to this site. Oh and I just realized today they had a drive-thru which it was moving fast as well.

Ordered at the Drive-thru and was told I'd have to wait "a little bit," and to park. Waited and waited, and apparently the person that took my order (and money), went on a break. Got it straightened out, with a fresh HOT pizza, and have to say, where else can you get a pizza for this price that tastes good too! Didn't like being a "Karen," but they took care to set it right.

There are a few Little Caesars locations that are all about the same distance from my house. The Hamtramck location is convenient because of the drive-thru, but they always get my order wrong; never cut through the pizza; and if I order butter and parm on the entire pie... it's never on the crust... even when I specifically request it on the crust. Highland Park has the best tasting pizzas, and has lots of employees, but often gets the order wrong as well... but the owner is more customer service driven than Hamtramck. Warren Ave. is a travesty.

SERVICE AND ALL I HONESTLY CANT COMPLAIN BUT IN GENERAL FOR EVERY LOCATION MAN WHAT HAPPENED PIZZA NOW TASTES LIKE KETCHUP ON CARDBOARD EVEN WHEN FRESHLY MADE AND IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND PIZZA TODAY TASTES NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO NOT SURE WHAT ALL CHANGED BUT BRING BACK THE GOOD OLE TASTE WHEN A PERSON COULD LITERALLY ENJOY ONE BITE AFTER THE NEXT WHILE I COULD GO ON AND ON LOL
