Chick-fil-a

This is the place where me and my friends always go to hand out. We will ALWAYS go here. This is the place that all fast food places need to be like. This is a Christ-following owned place and the employees are super nice!!! I would give them all the stars in the world!! Never change the way your running this place, owner- operator, whoever you are. You are doing a great job!!

The service here has definitely changed! I understand rush times but many times I have to sit in the line for 10 -15 minutes. They have started a new thing on having you to pull up to the stop sign and waiting for your order while cars sit and wait behind you. It becomes frustrating especially when other customers are blowing their horn at you to move because they have their food, and you are holding up the line because you have to wait on yours. I understand getting food out fast but let’s find a better solution to solve the problem for the customer in front of the line. Also many people like to block the box area in front of the drive through line blocking the cars from leaving which also is holding up the line from moving.

Not a super great experience this morning. I ordered via the app and for some reason my Apple Pay didn’t process. It was a bit embarrassing to have several people tell me that my card was “declined”, and then have to explain that it was just an Apple Pay error. It took longer than necessary to get them to just swipe my physical card.

This Chick-fil-A is so unorganized! If it wasn’t one thing it was the other. The couple of girls taking orders were more worried about what shows they were watching and actually doing their job. And I have never come to a drive-through and then in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes. I can completely understand when there is a line around the building, but there were literally two cars in front of me. Maybe they should talk about what shows are going to watch on their own time. Just a suggestion

I am a Chick-fil-A guy. This hurt me to give this 3 star and I am being generous because it's Chick-fil-A, normal experience at any Chick-fil-A is customer satisfaction 1st is always my experience but the wait time and disorganization cause for the 3 star seeing I ordered ahead on the app and still waited 10-15 minutes for my food at this Hampton location.
