Landon an employee that works at the Dunkin’ restaurant in Hampton,NH really stands out from others and was super kind and helpful. He really made my day here and I will cherish this experience as one of the best. If I was the owner here I would most definitely give him a promotion.

Susie Is the rudest “manager” I have ever encountered. She should not have a job in customer service for the way she talks to her customers especially the elderly and the fact that the owners allow such behavior shows they care very little about their customers!! This location can never get a single order right. They are always out of bagels donuts muffins etc. I strongly suggest NEVER going to this location or visit a franchise not owned by these people!!

One of their employees stole my $80 dollar headphones. They admitted it and said that that they could check the cameras and they also knew who was on shift. Before that I had to call many times with no response back and after i went in and addressed it they admitted and still did not do anything that they said they would. I called a few more times and nothing. Definitely not going here again.

Extraordinarily short pour, or otherwise messed up, coffee is the norm. I avoid this particular location, except when desperate.

I am not big on Dunkin Donuts anymore because I have had so much of the food and coffee over the decades. I went because I received a gift card for Christmas. I ordered the veggie egg white sandwich with cheese and coffee and I liked it. The restaurant was spacious with quite a few chairs. Place was clean. I know this establishment is usually busy, but, it was clean. Friendly service. Wifi available.
