This place has really good lobster rolls and fries. Very casual place that's right on the boardwalk. Be warned though. The menu pictures on here are very out of date. A 5oz lobster roll with fries was $22. Not complaining about the price and those who do probably shouldn't be splurging on lobster rolls.

Formerly the home of "Ron's Steak House" (McDonald's) now JB's Seafood. It's VERY new so I will cut them a little slack, from all accounts they have only been open a few weeks. The food was decent but nothing to write home to mom about. I ordered something not even on the menu. They have "Clams and scallops", "Clams and Haddock", but I wanted "Scallops and Shrimp". I was able to order it and for a scant $22 and received 5 scallops, 6 shrimp and a TON of fries. My kids got Scallops/fries and Calamari/fries, both liked what they go and ate everything on their plates. The bathrooms were apparently a bacteria lab for the local university because the mens bathroom was disgusting. If this review was based on the bathrooms alone, it would be a 1 star and that would have been generous. All in all, I would eat here again but wouldn't go for the $22 plate when the $12 plate yields almost as much seafood.
