Can you please fire the two ladies who worked with the gentleman on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at 1:45 am? Reason being, came in for drinks and pizza, asked politely for cheese pizza. Lady behind counter sitting on a crate said “well, I ain’t making it!” Then she yelled out to other clerk to make it and she yelled back “the oven is off!” The oven was NOT off nor in cleaning mode. I know how it works. The guy was checking and scan in products from delivery driver pulling pizzas out. VERY unprofessional and VERY lazy employees! Told lady at counter who said she wasn’t going to cook (just because) that I knew the stove wasn’t off and was still up and running ready to go by push of buttons. I know because the options were already there as it is on main menu. Her job dropped and her attitude changed to being nice and saying “have a good day” but never changed her mind to make a pizza. I cannot believe this location has employees like this! Check cameras at this time and date and watch lady sitting behind counter refusing to cook, and no one in store wanted to do their job.

PAY AT THE PUMP DOES NOT WORK. Store itself is decent, aside from posting dozens of pictures of people banned from the store all over the walls, but paying at the pump DOES NOT WORK and has not for several months. You are forced to go into the store, and I find this unacceptable, especially when I'm in a rush.

Was stopped safely to used the phone and this 711 worker came out to tell me that she was going to tell me if I didn't get out of her employee parking which clearly was not marked and the s***** way that she asked was ridiculous I'll make sure I'll bypass this 7-Eleven every time from now on guess it would have been okay had I been rolling up for blunt thats Newport News for you....

Cashiers need to learn to scan and move customers along rather then talking to a customer even after checkout and playing with bags. Continue checking out next customer while talking if you must, there is no reason 3 people standing in line should take more then a couple minutes. Are they unable to speak and move at the same time??

I noticed a change at this particular store. The employees are so nice and informative! When I walked in the cashier greeted me with such a warm welcome. She informed of the sales 7 eleven currently has and reminded me to put my phone number in to receive my points. when I walked out the store another employee thanked me for coming and to have a great day. Whatever changes have been made please keep it up!
