First visit wasn't horrible, store was a bit dirty but checkout was relatively pain free. Once I got home I realized the propane bottle that I exchanged had a leaking valve. I walked in and informed the cashier that the bottle was defective so she put her phone down after she was finished sending her text and told me that she didn't know what to do and that she was the only one there and that all of the managers turn their phones off when they leave. I asked her to please try and get ahold of someone that knows what they are doing, after 2 fake phone call attempts she said "nope sorry phones are off, you'll have to come back tomorrow" with temperatures dropping below 20 degrees that night I couldn't simply let my dog freeze due to a store being left in the hands of an untrained employee. I then called another store across town so they could tell her how to do her job. Had there been properly trained employees store managers that don't turn their phones off as soon as they leave the store there would not have been any problems.

This place had the most disgusted customer service I've ever seen in my life. I bought a slice of pizza to eat before I hit the road and before I could even finish it, two clerks came out and said I need to leave immediately; it hadn't even been a full 2 minutes...of course it was "my own people" smh. I'll never return to this dump again and I recommend everyone else stay far away, there's a better 711 right down the same street.

This store has been unorganized since the last owner (Paul) sold it. The food quality sucks, the clerks (one in particular) move slow af....I was pumping gas one day and the clerk (the slow moving one with the braids) standing between the pumps smoking a cigarette. When I asked her to move before we die, she laughed it off and said "it's fine" 😒. I only stop there as a last resort

Went in last night to get some teas and food and the women working the counter got very disrespectful with my husband because she thought he was talking to her when i explained he was talking to me she kept on with her attitude saying rude and hateful things like i hope your momma get robbed. And when i called the store to get the managers name she hung up on me 4 times .
