Chanello's Pizza

Ordered from #10 and had ordered extra meat on both sandwiches. When the first delivery was made, I opened both and it looked like a normal amount of meat we find on subs from different sub shops. Called to complain and requested them to remake the subs. I had to call them an hour after the first call. They said that the driver should be on his way. Well, needless to say it took an additional 30 minutes to get to us. To top it off, one of the subs had bacon on it. It was not bacon strips. It was bacon crumbles, like bacon bits from a package, and not cooked on location. We will not be ordering from here or any location again.

Very very disappointed..haven't even got my food yet . It's 7:30 pm I ordered at 6pm ..was supposed to be here by 7. I called them and they said they have 1 driver out delivering . I understand that ...but it's poor decisions on management's part ..if you don't have a adequate amount of employees just shut the delivery down ....instead of wasting people's time .

I only gave one star because I had to . I never even got to order . Just stood in the store for 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me at the counter waiting to order . Everyone was walking around on their apple watches etc .. even the customer waiting on his food was shocked . I never said anything to anyone just walked out . Smh I expect better from this chain . Never even got to eat there and I’ll never even acknowledge this location ever again . I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

My daughter and I ordered a pizza right before close, unfortunately we didnt realize until after and were gracious they took our order. Me being a major pizza lover was hesitant when my daughter picked Chanellos, I must say it was VERY delicious, we got a large with spinach, ham, bacon, and roma tomatoes, very fresh! I definitely will be using them more, also the driver was very polite, for it being so late. Thanks Chanellos your excellent!! update- WOW,! 6/29 Pizza awesome, excellent and prompt delivery A+ CHANELLOS ! You definitey have my vote, CHECK THEM OUT!

Sorry had to switch my review due to this RECENT VISIT.... Went back today 9/23 ordered in ADVANCE just to get a Burnt Pizza!! Randy the manager did not even offer a substitute pizza ,a credit anything just stated "Thats how our pizza's are coming out" 😳 are you SERIOUS soo since thats how your pizzas are coming out these days ...I WONT BE BUYING anymore!
