The line was long as heck inside and outside, but the customer service was impeccable. The young lady at the window had an amazing attitude even though they were under pressure. This is my first time coming here I live in a whole other city, I just happen to be in the area, I took my kids to the beach.

This location is just "ok" and im saying this because its ALWAYS a Hassel ordering food here.
But i can say the staff are trying their best they are just VERY UNDERSTAFFED.. there is ALWAYS
a wait whether your going through the drive through, or going inside.. not ideal to go to on lunch breaks at all....
This particular day i waited 45mins for my food
🤦🏾♀️and that was ONLY because i PAID first just imagine asking for a refund...
The DOORDASHer had to call corporate due to him not being able to pick up the customer food he waited in line for for OVER 25MINS this day.
I dont go to this location often because of all of the craziness

This is pretty much the same Popeyes location you would find anywhere else. Same quality of staff and food, with around the same wait times. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of the Blackened Ranch sauce. If you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and get it next time. That sauce is Top Tier.

Sooooooo I'm visiting here from Houston and I love me some Popeyes honey. This review is really for your corporate office but don't worry I'll talk to them as well. Now, this was the worse display of working in inhumane conditions I think I've ever seen. I walked in close to 715p it was people outside, the lobby was full but it was sooooooo very hot in there. After waiting 10 minutes in line I was helped by a young lady with long eyelashes and long, black hair. I could tell the level of frustration these employees were dealing with. Before I placed my order, I simply told her to breathe because obviously they had no control over the situation. She was very helpful, got my food in a timely manner so i have no complaints there. I ordered 3 combos but the rice in the Red beans were old and hard, there was no ice scoop, so they were digging the ice out with the cups, the exchange of when and where to use gloves was definitely not a priority, no ice in the lobby, trash everywhere and the employees had definitely verbalized how they felt out loud. One thing for certain two for sure. You must take care of your employees and it is a responsibility from the company to make sure they have the tools needed to run YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

As always the food was good, however the customer service was horrible! I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to be told to come inside to pick up my order. When I get inside the first thing I see is a young boy employee, go from sweeping the dirty floors to bagging up food without ever sanitizing his hands, or even put on gloves he just put the broom down and grabbed the food with the manager and all the customers standing there! Needless to say my order was supposed to be ready at 5:44, I walked out the door with it at 6 :20 PM

That's a chicken that was in my three piece combo small as a quarter I have been in the food industry for over thirty years and as a Manager you should send that back to your headquarters that's your inventory and money on your books come on I paid a lot for my food they deserve a Zero

I saw the fish sandwich on the menu, cajun fish but when I mentioned it to the worker in the front; she said they didn't have a fish sandwich. They were busy, busy maybe that's why. If you order Cajun fish sandwich you probably get what I got.

If food quality & friendly service were the only two criteria to consider, then I wouldn't hold back 5 stars. But the truth is, they just cheated me! Ordered 3-pc. combo via drive-thru, got home only to find 2 pieces only. Really? They have forgotten a side order a couple times in the past, but this is ridiculous. Warning to all customers: open your bag right when they hand it to you. Someone doesn't like that you're checking up on them? Tough chicken lips! You work hard for your money.
