The food was very good. My family really loved the strawberry cake. My only complaint is the time we waited for the food, which was take-out. It was over a hour. My advice is to call ahead to place the order. We will be going back.

Omgoodness!! Let me just start off with saying I’ve tried 3 soul food restaurants in this area and they were very underwhelming. I was skeptical on ordering here at first but gave it a try. It was VERY WORTH IT.
Omgoodness! Staff was very friendly and the food is AMAZING. Like I’ve had real down south food before because I’m from the country and this place was the next best thing to it . My husband and I were raving about it from the first bite. They def have a returning customer. I will say it is on the pricier side but hey, it’s worth that damn money.

A co worker of mines recommended this place. They tried CALLING yesterday like 8 times and no answer. So myself and another co worker went today. We walk in and there's no greeting. There's a lady standing on the business phone, I believe taking a order or getting supplies. Not too sure but she said nothing to us and her back was turned majority of the time. She did glare over at us a few times. Another young lady came out the bathroom and addressed us and told us that the food wouldn't be ready for orders for at least 45 minutes.... doesn't this place open at 4?

Soooooo I'm a foodie and im obsessed with food. I'm aware when somethings amazing, just okay and bad. This was my first time ordering from here and I've gotta say that the turkey wings, greens and Mac n cheese were amazing. Everything had flavor. God has blessed the cooks hands.

This is not "fast-food" but some of the best food I've eaten in the 757. You can tell that it is made with Love and is made by someone who loves what they do. I will be back.

First time it took 1.5 to recieve my food but the service was nice
They charge .60ct per container with out the option to dine in. I asked for Catfish dinner which was basa I received 1 pcs of fish cut in half to have it look like 2 the Collard greens a from yesterday due to the salt content was super high Yams was mashed an super sweet,hush puppies were fried too hard and dried out. The cornbread was delicious but I received a half a slice... using kosher salt versus table salt or just cutting back will help as well
If the load of producing alot cut the menu in half only charge for one side per meal of the product is good ppl will buy the other. the place is great with a good location just need a better approach at making it much better

Family owned establishment. Outstanding customer service matched with food seasoned so good no added condiments required. Music, dance floor, and card playing late Saturday night. Definitely returning!
