I rarely eat at this place but my best friend and I swung by today and was served
very well and politely! A man that goes but the name “Zion” served us. He was very sweet and kind and ready to help up if anything went wrong! I highly recommend him! He was a huge blessing to us.

Friendly and welcoming waitresses and waiters. Hot food and cold drinks came out fast from the chicken. They did not have the brisket burger that my wife loves but the other burger option that she selected she enjoyed. How can she not enjoy a meal when she’s not paying for it right lol. The salad was good but I wish it had a little bit more meat and parmesan cheese. The wings are great and I recommend the parmesan garlic wings with blue cheese 🤤

BDubs is always good when you go to the restaurant but don’t order it to go on a delivery app. Last time my bf and I ordered from here, they forgot his side order of cheese curds. This time, it was our extra orders of ranch cups (that we paid extra for) and almost no cheese on our cheese fries (in added photo)
If you’re craving BDubs, def make the trip to go there. There’s no effort if it’s delivered. Not worth the convenience charge from the delivery apps :((

Got our food to go. Waited 30 minutes for the food and then came home with fries we could barely chew. I don’t know if they were old fries that were sitting out or they cooked them too long. Definitely not worth it.

Placed a door dash order for boneless wings and fries. Received a half eaten burger with my food. Completely repulsive especially in covid times. My order was also missing my fries. I tried to call the location and got no answer. I am horrified and will never be back. I just hope I don’t get sick from this.

This b dubs was nasty as hell! Dirty and the service was like they didn't even want us there! It wasn't that busy and our orders where still messed up explain that one. I don't just blame the wait staff because I believe management is more at fault than anyone being they should oversee what's going on. And if it's because your understaffed then limit the amount of people coming in at a time until you can handle it correctly. There is NO excuse for that kind of service! Wonder how corporate would feel if they ate there! I would be ashamed if I were upper management!

Nearly every order has been incorrect. Pickup orders are always 30 minutes late, except our most recent order, which was more than 50 minutes late. Food preparation is often suspicious, with very little sauce on our wings. An employee is almost never present when we go in to pick up an order, so a long line is almost always there. We have gone here more than ten times, but will probably stop and try to make the food ourselves from now on.
I've never given a bad review before. I just want to do what is a very common process for a regular restaurant: giving them money in exchange for food. But going through that process with this Buffalo Wild Wings is such a nightmare when the food is always an hour late, and the order is always wrong, that I would give it zero stars if I could.

Placed an order for 30 wings and an order of nachos.for pick up. Waited 1 hr & 15 minutes beyond the time I was told they’d be ready for pickup.
The wings were horrible. Inedible. They were tough as nails and cold in the centers. They must have been pre-cooked and then re-heated in a deep fryer and just tossed in the sauce before being packed up.
This is supposed to be a restaurant who specializes in wings but I’ve had better wings from Dominos and Rally’s. Never Again! Save your $$&. Go anywhere else.
