Great place for iced coffee. That's all I order, but I'm reviewing here to give you what may make or break your experience. Get their app and order in advance otherwise you'll be sitting in Dunkin traffic.

Every time I visit the Hampton Bays location I leave happy! Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock they are FRIENDLY which is a necessity when customers come in. They acknowledge me before I even reach the counter, they smile, & if the item is not available they tell me when the delivery is expected. When I leave they always say "See you next time. Have a good day." The Hampton Bays store is completely different from the Southampton store! Having had a negative experience not too long ago I wrote a review on them also stating my displeasure with the staff there which made it so I will never stop there again (even though it's closer). I stick by it.....
