I miss my strawberry milkshakes. But this McDonald's told me the machine is broken, which is the problem. McDonald's contracts with ice cream machines are in a legal battle. So I'm to understand!

The best customer service I have ever had at a McDonald's. The young man at front was very nice, smile, quickly brought my milkshake to me, then came back with my meal. I've never had my food brought to me at a McDonald's!

This is one of the best McDonald's we've stopped at while traveling. They were quick the food was actually fresh and the staff was friendly. I'm super impressed at the cleanliness too...not always the case with ost McDonalds.

It was good. The only complaint is that when building the sandwiches they moved to fast so half of the fillings weren't even inside.

Still good and convenient. I worked at a McDonald’s when I was just out of high school. I was a little disappointed with the food but enjoyed my chocolate shake. My wife likes the chicken nuggets and regular Coke. It’s above average but not outstanding.

Stopped here on the way home from the beach to quench my thirst and get the toddler some French fries. Ordering on the app was crazy easy! Lots of discounts, specials, and coupons to make your favorites more affordable. We opted for the curbside delivery and it was a breeze!
Edit: I don’t usually re-review places, but I felt it warranted based on today’s visit. We cruised through the drive-thru just to grab a snack for the family, and… they didn’t have soft drinks… any soft drinks. A pretty disastrous situation that hopefully was fixed relatively soon after our visit.

We visited a McDonald's in North Carolina while we were traveling. I really feel badly for the manager. It seemed like her employees were new and did not know their jobs yet. The cashier had a lot of trouble getting our order correct. The manager had to step in and do it herself while she was also managing the food prep and bagging. Another cashier came on duty after we had our food. And he appeared to be having a lot of trouble also. One of our biscuits looked like it had been stepped on because the biscuit was smushed and torn. I took it up to get another biscuit and that seemed to be a problem as the new cashier did not really know what to do. I am not trying to be overly critical but it was a difficult experience.
