Dunkin'

Man this place sucks. I usually don’t care enough to review a place, especially a DD, but this spot consistently gets my drink orders wrong- hot instead of iced, sweetened when asking for no sugar, etc. So this isn’t the first time. Today, not only was my coffee made wrong (hot instead of iced, worker rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out the mistake but was happy to fix once she realized it was on the receipt), but the cashier overcharged me. I only realized because I had to wait for the drink to be fixed. Once I went back to him waving the receipt he told me, “sorry, I did notice earlier that I charged you for an extra donut.” Then why didn’t you care enough to fix it the first time?! Jeez.

Walked in this morning to get a coffee and this Asian cashier was very rude, unprofessional and impolite. which wasn’t the first time. I’ve always notice his attitude and the way he was treats other customers. I never cared because I just want to get my coffee and get out of there. But this time I felt like I had to address the issue because if this man doesn’t want to be what he’s doing then maybe he should consider doing something else for a living instead of making my mornings hard for me. Never going back to that DD! Sadly

The worse experience I’ve ever received not once but three times in one week... employees texting in my face while taking my order. Waiting in what looks to be a empty store only to witness a employee coming from the back with 4 friends in a hoodie that harassed me. To waiting for coffee while watching 3 employees on there phone. If your going to be in the heart of downtown please hire some respectable employees.
