Every time I go there I ask for no sour cream, I absolutely hate their sour cream because they over do it. I don't understand how it is that hard to complete that ONE task. It is every time without fail, I even stopped going to taco bell period because of it. Had a taste for it and I figured places were finally becoming staffed enough that they wouldn't be rushing. I was the only customer and I even ordered ahead of time online so that there was no rush! Absolutely ridiculous.

I really enjoy taco bell. Went through drive thru for my order. Had to wait under 5 minutes to place my order and about a total of 10min to pay and receive meal. My food was still warm when I got home and I enjoyed it like almost every time I eat there

Believe me, I didn’t even want to give this place any stars! The manager working today 8/14/21 at 5pm is absolutely unprofessional! The staff definitely follows their leader! Undercooked food and apparently no containers. 🫕 can’t go over the chips because they will get soggy…you should’ve never sold them then!

Always out of everything and won’t refund. They try to make you sub for cheaper items. Employees are rude and manage to doesn’t help either. I usually have to drive 15 min to another town to get food. No hot sauce no receipt no professionalism. This location sucks and has for a long time I don’t know why they remodeled they should have shut down

Absolutely awful, chalupas hard as rock. No nacho bellgrandes. Buritos supreme no beef, forgot 5 layer burrito forgot one nacho had to go back around waited twice. The bill was 50.oo.no way will i ever go back. Close that taco bell. Awful awful.

Try to go thru drive thru, but told i have to have Taco Bell mobile app to place a order while she was talking to me thru the speaker?! Made no sense to me. Why are you open if you are not taking food orders.

Come in the morning? They're not open or taking orders, come in the evening the registers are down or they're out of promotional items. This is the worst run fast food franchise I've ever seen!

The last 3 times I've been to this location their not taking orders or mobile orders only. Why are you open if you can't sell food? Munster location is much better
