Foods not bad, service at a drive through only restaurant is another story. I would skip this place until they open their vestibule. It’s especially painful if you ordered from an app and decided to pick up your food yourself. It’s like they don’t give proper care to orders made online. Better burgers and fries exist!

I understand that everyone is short staffed but when I place an order I expect for it to be the same order I paid for when I get home and open it up. After placing the order and as I'm about to pay for it, the cashier ask for the wrong amount which was another order. When I corrected him and got the right amount I expected my order to be correct as well. When I got home I see that it's not the chicken sandwich meal I ordered but a double bacon sandwich etc...meal I received instead. Needless to say I was very upset and was far away not to go back up there. I understand mistakes happen but when ppl are playing their money for a certain product please check it before you hand them something they assume is correct.

The wait time to get your food is ridiculous. And the food well..... look at my pic's That was there version of a grill hot dog. I couldn't even eat it because it looked as though it was precooked two times before I got it!! And not sure what that black stuff was on the bun.To me there food taste like hospital food not fast food. Won't be going back there.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. I used a coupon for a sandwich and there's a deal on fountain drinks only on Thursdays. $1.00 drinks any size. You have to use the app to get it. And I can't forget about my favorite fries. Check out to make sure how long the deal is on the drinks. I'm really not sure

Should not even be getting 1 star. Just picked up a DoorDash order there and the man in the drive-thru argued with me that he already handed that order out. I call the customer on the phone, and she tells me she’s watching her notifications and has never received her order- the furthest notification stated yet is when I got to the restaurant. I go back through the drive-thru again to see if maybe he didn’t hear the name right. Once again he argues saying he already handed the order out “to a red car” before me, he will not remake the order or dispatch it out again. The red car pulls up in back of me. At this point I’m pulled over getting DoorDash support on the phone. HE TAKES THE ORDER BACK FROM THE RED CAR AND RUNS IT OUT TO ME. Anyone who has ever worked in the food industry knows this is a HEALTH CODE violation. He let the other driver take off with the food for who knows how long, return it and is now handing it to me to deliver to a customer and refuses to re-make the food. I have delivered close to 600 orders and this is my first time ever accepting a Rally’s order. NEVER again. 👎🏽
