Pizza Hut

This was the 3rd out of 5 orders that this location has made a mistake on. First there was no sauce, second the wrong sauce, and third wrong sauce again. In-between there were two orders where they were wonderful. The first time I was given a $20 in store credit that expired after 14 days. The second time I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes then and employee picked up and set the phone down for 35 minutes and I heard everything that was said. The 3rd time I messaged Pizza Hut via the "contact us" option in hopes of compensation of a giftcard or coupons etc. I realize employees have off days, I order via the app store there is no miscommunication. I continue to irder because my son enjoys it and this is the only local store. Makes me sad to complain at all.

Would’ve got 0 stars. Very unprofessional!!!!!! I waited in my car for 30 mins before calling and was put on hold as soon as they answered. I walked in the store with my phone now saying 8 minutes I have waited on hold. I stood in the lobby watching one lady in the back making pizza. I finally said hello a young girl come from the back with her head phones in doing nothing while I’m waiting for my pizza!! Place needs a whole new staff.

Make sure that the wait time is accurate for delivery. When I booked my order it said 20-30 minutes, 1 hrs later I called and they said it was on the way. 30 minutes after that my order was finally at my house. If there is a problem they could always call and let me know it will be later than that. I just like to have communication about it.
