Place was unclean. Not a single employee was wearing a hair net while preparing the food. Saw a stray hair on the counter by where the food is brought to be given to the patrons. After talking with the manager, she informed me they were not required to wear hair nets. I will never return to this particular location. The one on the corner of N. Morrison and University drive is a much better place. The staff is more friendly and more clean.

My first time going thru drive thru and the attendant was actually nice , younger girl her name was Jamiah . I asked for her manager to let him know she’s very nice , patient & professional!

Worst experience ever, I was told I’m to busy to take your order go somewhere else. Unexpected and very unprofessional, usually McDonald’s employees treat customers with respect but not at this location.

Very friendly they had a small confusion with my order but were fast and very friendly manager was ok but the 2 employees helping did thier job great

I always go to this McDonald’s because the staffs are very nice and friendly. The food come out quick, and I get my food in my car! Which I really like this feature McDonald’s gives. Love the deals and points as well.

The only recommendations I can give on this particular place is I recommend you not go unless it's nothing else open. That's what I did and sit for 35 minutes in line at drive thru and never got to order . Poor service pitiful as could be.

order online, sat in curbside for 10 minutes, went inside, didn’t have what i wanted but still let me order it, got something 3 dollars cheaper then what i paid and zero refund on it. upset

Slowest place ever. Now you have to check yourself out and wait. Typical corporate ways now. No more service. Go somewhere else! I didn't even ask if the ice cream machine was working.
