Waffle House

It’s Waffle House baby! First off I’ve been to hundreds of these as a trucker, they are always conveniently close to a Truck center. That being said you tend to get the service if the demographic area that surrounds them. But not at this location. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Dixie. This southern Gem took my order, got my drink and kept it refilled without me asking. She was super attentive and was efficient at her job. The location was busy and the line was running like a smooth oiled machine. Everyone had there place and position covered to a T. Food came out hot and quick and delicious. Stop in you won’t be disappointed and make sure you stop and see the Gangster Granny! Thank you Miss Dixie.

Totally slammed pack with customers only 2 waitress/servers and 1 cook. Tried to call in my order and can't even get them to answer the phone. The girl told us it will be about 30-45mins before she can take our order! Totally ridiculous if you ask me! I don't understand why have a phone if nobody will answer it, don't they know that's how stores/restaurants loose their tips/money 🤦‍♀️. Definitely will never come back to this store ever again because the service is horrible. Also another thing that made me mad was employees calling my husband baby/babe that's totally disrespectful, all customers should be greeted with Mr. Or Mrs when being spoken too not something else.

It took a little while to finally get waited on, but the service was great. It was an older lady. She made us feel welcome and wanted to enjoy our meal. The food came out really fast and our eggs were actually cooked right. Most Waffle Houses and breakfast places in general have a hard time getting eggs correct so, props to them!
