We've been here a few years ago and enjoyed it better then. I think we just came on the wrong afternoon this time. The place is more fun when it is lively. The service was fine, nothing overly special. No problems, the server was quick, and attentive but flat. I don't think she smiled once. She may have been having a bad day, but it didn't seem like that. She didn't seem tired either, just simply bored. Not that I require bubbly customer service, but even just a hint of an attempt at a smile would have helped. The food was slightly burnt, not burnt to the point of inedible, but just past charred and just before it fully hits the smelling burnt stage. My wife's salad was wilted, and came out less than ten seconds after we ordered it. Long delays for salad aren't good either, but that quick and wilted is a bit odd. My son's grilled cheese sandwich was nothing special, slightly burnt on one side and reasonably melted. I still give it a 4, given that we have had great service and fantastic food in the past. If we go back soon and the food/service stays the same I'll downgrade to a 3, but it definitely isn't a 2 or a 1. It didn't make us sick, or nauseous, or even queasy, but there was a wow factor missing that used to be there. My bacon sandwich was fine, a little chewy for the hamburger, but probably because it also had a bit too much char to it as well.

First time here for lunch. They have such a wide selection of options, it was great for the whole family or a big group. My son wanted to try the loaded nachos appetizer - it was the bomb! Best nachos that I've had anywhere. The chicken fajitas were excellent as well. The sandwiches were good as well. We will definitely be back!

I should have read Facebook reviews BEFORE I booked a reservation 1.5 weeks in advance for a 13 person birthday party. Arrived promptly at reservation time to be told, no manager on duty. They were not aware nor prepared for our arrival. She checked the book, and we were in there but “the manager didn’t tell them” and not around. Although I asked specifically for area away from crowd since we were so large, they would seat us bit all they had were three tables outside to accommodate us, and only three waitresses working and short in kitchen so food taking longer to come out since they were pretty busy. Yes, I was told this! Needless to say, I was quite disappointed, made phone calls and found a place that could accommodate us. Will never return!!! Their loss! (Facebook reviews aren’t as great as these )
