The food and coffee is great! Their desserts are amazing. However, the customer service is lacking - sometimes I stand for a few minutes before being greeted/acknowledged (once I even made eye contact with the associate and she still didn't say anything while I was waiting to order) - there was only one other person in the store. I still come here frequently to buy coffee and treats, I just think the interaction with customers could be improved on. I recommend trying their peppermint hot chocolate!

Nancy & Rocco are a very dedicated couple to making sure there new Italian bakery holds the highest standard in all area’s. You will find all of there staff friendly. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Pastries so pretty I couldn't bear to eat them. But I did, and they were delicious. Got a lemon tart, cherry cheesecake and a Nutella brownie.

Super clean & organized with menus displayed, great customer service - friendly, happy, early explained the process to this first timer here....and bonus... this mushroom pizza might be the best pizza I've ever had even when comparing to countries where pizza is sacred. Will definitely return!!!

Just found this place today. Got a nice fresh loaf of sourdough bread. My Wife and I enjoyed it at dinner time. What a great tasting bread. This is a nice shop and it is very clean and well setup with tables to have your lunch. Good place to enjoy something to eat well you walk down Ottawa Street enjoying all of the shops.
