Asked for (FRIED) blackened chicken and got this…. I distinctly asked for fried, not grilled. Most the time I’d just eat it and go on with my life but this is definitely NOT the first time it’s happened. In fact the last 3 times I’ve placed an order this exact same thing has happened. So this time, it being the third time in a roll it’s happened. I decided to call oh’Brian’s. A Woman answers the phone, I tell her about my experience and why I’m unhappy with my order. After this she proceeds to tell me that “they have cut the grills off and that there is noting they can really do about it except give me an apology…. Apology’s are free, food isn’t smh. A refund would be nice if nothing else. Moral of the story, the food is good but make sure to be EXTREMELY detailed with what you want, and make sure to ALWAYS check your food before you pay. $30 and a 15min drive back home just to still be hungry and $30 broker :’). Smh…

Finally caught this place open and was excited to eat here for the first time since I was a kid. Food was good but I couldn't eat my entree, so I asked for a to go box.in the midst of leaving a waitress a tip, it slipped my mind. I got maybe 6 miles down the road and we called, they threw my food away and I barely touched it. I would've atleast put it behind the counter in a bag for thirty minutes...

We couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere, the servers well let's just say the nicest and best I've seen in a long time, the food great, I'm a steak person and it's so hard to find a cook to fix your steak perfectly I asked for medium cooked and that's exactly what I got, it was our first time there and it won't be the last.
