Waffle House

Ok the last time we were here we had a server that was HORRIBLE!! We heard the cook say that our order was ready, she walked straight past the cook, food & our table and went to that back room for like 3to5 min. She finally came out grabbed our food & gave it to us. We got our bill and realized that she way over charged us, and when we asked her about she was very rude and unprofessional. So we planned on never going back again! My husband and I decided go back and give it another try on Sunday 12/10/2023! And I am very grateful that we did because we got an awesome server her name was Blair and she was the best! She took our order down and she was on top of everything she kept our drinks full w/o being asked she is the true meaning of a great server & awesome customer service!! My husband & I personally expressed our appreciation to her great service!! Thank you very much Blair she works at the high st location on the early shift!!

I went to this waffle house a couple weeks ago and was very disappointed. Very dirty no place clean to sit. The waitress was not very good about washing her hands. Any other time was great so I decided to give it another shot and it was a lot better. Didn't see that waitress so I guess she's no longer there which is best

Came in for an all star breakfast with bacon but purchased 2 pieces of sausage. Didn't get the bacon! 😪 my favorite part! They were busy and I get it. Stood for 5 minutes, nobody greeted me. Stopped a girl bussing tables just so I could get my food and pay. Or I'd be standing longer. Tried to call back to say they forgot my bacon, turned phones off due to high volume. 😑

We can in last night around 10pm & I would just like to say this was the BEST service and food we’ve ever had. The waffles were fresh and fluffy. Last time we were here, the server recommended the chicken sandwich & let me tell ya, it did not disappoint. The chicken was so tender. This time the server recommended adding extra steak to the bowl & it was 10/10. I have never been so happy with our food and service. We also overheard the server talking about how somebody stole a bunch of money out of the drawer and our hearts go out to them for working so hard and having their hard earned money stolen from their family. Just sad because you could tell she was a hard worker. I wish every Waffle House experience was like this one. 10/10 recommend going before bar rush

Been a long time since I'd been to a Waffle House. Missed it. Nothing spectacular about this one but good food as expected. Only reason not five stars is whether its a local thing or change in the past 4 years since I'd been, they didn't have strawberry for in my waffle. Otherwise all good, quick, friendly, and as expected from one of my favorite places.
