Burger King

I love this Burger King. Every single employee has been nice and considerate. I’m not a super chatty guy but every time I try to chat with an employee at this place I have and great conversation. I just love coming here, great location, moderate traffic, awesome employees. If you want some amazing food any hour of the day come here. This Burger King puts the comfort in comfort food.

⚠️ This review is only for the Drive-Thru service. ⚠️ Not a bad Burger King. Service is adequate and orders are usually accurate, hot and served as advertised. These employees don't make a lot of money, so like most fast food, always check your order. The wait time at the Drive-Thru is pretty good, but at peak hours the wait may become much longer.

Worst BK experience I have ever had and that is saying something as fast food is never really great. Employees with bad attitude, old cold food when they were busy with a line. Idk how that even happens. Being busy means the food should be fresh as it doesn't have time to sit around. Order had multiple things wrong. Every one of the combos and there's barely anything on the burgers. Shoved all of the food in one bag. 4 combos all in one bag. Fries missing from one of the combos. Went just to get hot chocolate and they didn't tell us they were out until after we paid. Then they didn't want to make fresh coffee but instead wanted to give us coffee that was made 30 minutes ago.

Once in a while I like to treat myself to an impossible whopper with onion rings. Each time I place my order I have to state do not put the ketchup on top of my fries please put the ketchup in another bag. 9 out of 10 times I get a very negative response. I explained to the employee That all day people are digging in that container of ketchup and I don't want that to be placed on top of my exposed fries. Some of the employees understand and some of them do not and they show it in their face. No one wants to eat contaminated fries! Customer service is important being healthy exceeds that a million times over. This needs to be done another way, provide better training!!! Do better Burger King do better!
