Generally a good location close to exits in both directions on 95. The staff is unfailingly friendly. They occasionally get swamped with mobile orders, which is ultimately a problem that Starbucks corporate needs to resolve nationwide. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be a challenge during heavy commute periods depending on which direction you are driving.

Mad respect for the staff. A couple weeks ago we had a terrible snow storm. I've driven plenty in storms like this over the years on the ambulance and fire department. That day was one of the worse and i was driving a truck. The entrie staff not only came to work and opened, but they were so pleasant and unphased. We waited out the storm a little longer and canceled our drive.to vt because of weather. Thank you, because coffee is what runs 1st and 3rd shift!!

No matter when I come here, my order is wrong. Read the labels people! Pre order and we waited for 2 coffees, 25 min. Most recent was hot soy latte no foam. He scraped the foam off and tried to fill it with skim milk. ??? Then just put cold soy in Mmmm Luke warm yum. *rolls eyes* Been coming here forever…. Used to be good. Sucks don’t bother. Time for a change, especially with what I pay.

The baristas are rude, or at best, indifferent to customers in-person. I’ve ordered online many times just to avoid interacting with them, yet, still the online orders are rarely completed in 10-15 minutes, and they keep mobile orders behind the counter without having anyone on standby to hand them out so you’re always stuck waiting. I’ve worked at a coffee shop before, there’s no reason to have this much of an attitude, and at such an isolated, suburban location no less.
