I went to get a sandwich from here tonight to get told rudely that I have to do it on the machine. Which I would of done, if the woman actually went about it nicely, the woman literally made me feel like she was gonna fight me over ordering a sandwich. I put my order in and that’s when she told me rudely with my significant other that next time we have no choice to use the machine but I was there two weeks ago and everything was fine just ordering verbally. I literally love coming here because they’re open late and have good sandwiches usually but now I’m second guessing because of the woman’s attitude.

I will never spend money here again! I work as technician for a company that travels from job to job around Connecticut. I decided to stop for lunch at this establishment before I left Hamden. As I journey to my next work site, I realize they got my order wrong so I call to be refunded for their mistake. They ask my receipt number and tell me the only option they have is for me to come back to Hamden and they’ll give me the new sandwich. I’m only half way through my work shift, I CANT COME BACK! The krauzers rep on the phone proceeded to tell me he will “remember” my name, wether I come back today or in 2 months. When he couldn’t even remember my order from 15 minutes ago. I live hours away from Hamden and it’s very unfortunate that this establishment has no better solution for their mistakes. I will never spend my money here again!

This place is horrible. I ordered a sandwich and they didnt have the right cheese or remoulade. Okay fine. It suppose to come with roasted red peppers. They put some weird green pepper on it. When I tried to return. It they argued with me about what a red pepper was and said I would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the boss if I wanted to return it. What business operates this way? Just give me money back for the wrong sa wrong sandwich! If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back there

I had a repeatedly bad experience with a cashier. He would be throwing his voice at me a lot when I was asking for a lottery ticket. Another time I purchased a lottery ticket and won $50, and then he said that he made a mistake in the system so I cannot receive my money and I had to purchase $50 worth of lottery tickets or get out, and I did report that the lottery headquarters. A few days ago they had a customer partially paid for his order and they charged my debit card the rest of the amount and he was laughing about it, so I did call the bank about it. It’s unfortunate that the act rude to push away customers and we had some issues a few months ago but worked it out, but it seems like they’re going to keep giving me unprofessional and cheating my money treatment
